Right? Exactly! It’s called advertising lol. I mean look how much they blew the journal thing out of proportion and it ended up being practically nothing. Yea drugs are much more serious than journals but still I think this is something they can work on together, it might just take a little time. :)

Aha thank you! I try to look at things positively when it comes to Eclare. I just have a gut feeling that they will be OK by the end, or by prom like you said. They’ve been through SO MUCH and they truly love each other. They just need to work on communication. Then again, they are around 17 years old so communication is most likely going to be imperfect. We have 7 episodes left, let’s sit back and enjoy it. I feel like TeenNick is just doing there job by making it look worse than it really is.

*sigh* Since Day 1, Clare and Eli’s #1 problem has always been COMMUNICATION. That being said, I think all of this stuff in Ray of Light will just be a bump in the road. I’m confident that they will be happily together by the end of the season.

Ray of Light Part 2: It’s picture day at Degrassi. Jake and Mo find out out about Eli doing ectasy so they ignore him. The camera man asks Eli to smile but instead he cries and said he could have died. Oh wait…

I wish we had the Eli/ Jake/ Mo friendship longer. They seem like a realistic group of friends- not to mention their off screen friendship too. Everything they say is so quality.

Eli saying that he’s haunted and realizing that with three simple words Ramona brought Eli back to how we was introduced to us. A lost, dark, haunted by the past, consumed by death teenager.

I’m not too worried about Eclare. I think they’ll be happily together by the end of the season.

I kinda want to see a friendly grieving/ bonding moment between Eli and Maya later this season. Since you know both have/ had lost someone they love.

Since Eclare got their own promo, maybe week they’ll release a Bhandallas promo then the week after that they’ll release a Camaya promo. That way each couple that has a plot in Bittersweet Symphony gets their own promo. And by the time all these have aired, it’ll be time for the new episodes.

I love Eclare but my their main problem has always been COMMUNICATION.

The whole Eli reading Clare’s diary thing sounds like a little C plot somewhere, at most a B plot. It sounds like just a little drama-rama to stir things up before he graduates but they’ll kiss and make up because they’ve dealt with bigger problems before. (This is me being optimistic!)

Not to sound like a crazy conspiracy theorist but

Notice how they have put the most popular* couples (of DTNG- present; not DJH/ DH) are in the midst of a huge tragedy.
